AcroYoga - blends the spiritual
wisdom of yoga, the loving kindness of Thai massage, and the dynamic power of
Acrobatics. These three ancient lineages form the foundation of a unique new
practice that cultivates trust, connection and playfulness. Our highest aim
is to bring individuals into a state of union with themselves, with each
other, and with the divine. From this place of mutual support the true self
can be realized, honored and shared for the benefit of all. Some yoga experience highly recommended. Instructor: Jason Magness & Chelsey Gribbon Ashtanga- Sundays, 11am (L1/2),

structured for a wide range of student ability, from fit beginners to
advanced, The practice emphasizes the individual’s experience of yoga in a
focused setting and includes postures, breathing practices and meditation.
Movement and posture are linked to the breath and combined with longer holds
of traditional postures including inversions and unique variations. There is
an emphasis on core strength, proper breathing and focused effort. Beginners
appreciate the non-competitive, supportive environment, while advanced yogis
enjoy the meditative atmosphere and challenging poses. All enjoy steady
pacing, precise alignment and breath instruction. Wisdom from ancient yoga
practices is integrated with modern physiology, psychology and neuroscience to
cultivate insight and transcend our current limitations. Mixed Level Instructor: Chris Coniaris Intermediate Hatha – Fridays, 12pm-2pm; This

working knowledge of sanskrit terms for basic postures, and be comfortable
modifying their practice as necessary with less instruction than other
classes. This class is perfect for practitioners of almost any style of yoga
who wish to take their physical practice to a higher plane, as well as for
teachers wishing to expand their base of knowledge. Level 2/3. Instructor: Chris Coniaris Intro to Flow-Geared to individuals new to yoga,a foundation practice linking
body, breath, and mind with greater focus on alignment and detailed instruction
of asanas. A preparation for flow class or ashtanga. Level 1 Instructor: Paula Macali Instructor: Lisa Schrempp, Scott Turpin Restorative Yoga – Mixed
Level, $8/class. Chronic stress alerts the body to release stress hormones, increase
blood pressure and heart rate, tighten muscles, suppress the immune system
and minimize blood flow to the digestive and reproductive systems creating
chronic shoulder tightness, headaches, low back problems and many other
stress-related conditions. With the regular practice of deep relaxation, your
body will begin to remember what it feels like to be relaxed and the essence
of a relaxed state stays with you longer. Learn to help relieve the effects
of chronic stress and assist in the practice of letting go, and experience
the benefits of effortlessness directly. Instructor: Sally Weber Womens Shakti Yoga - Shakti is
the sacred feminine force of life and is Sanskrit for the creative,
transformational energy in all of us.
Women are guided to opening more fully to their unique fluid nature
and invited to embrace their feminine power with grace and joy. This yoga
practice is cyclical
- following nature's changes thru the seasons. The class is invited to explore thru
movement, breath, mudra, affirmation and sound in a format suitable for all
levels (mixed beginner thru moderate) - nourishing women at all stages of
life. The eclectic sequences taught vitalize women, creating strength,
flexibility and contentment. Instructor: Maria KaliMa, Carrie Stover Yin Yoga – Yin yoga provides you
with the opportunity for a different and deeper insight into your body than
some of the other more physical "yang' practices. Yin is a quiet
practice that moves beyond muscle tissue and focuses on stretching connective
tissue by holding supine or prostrating postures for an extended period of
time, allowing your efforts become effortless by moving into a place of deep
stillness. Instructor: Gabriel Azoulay LEVEL 1 LEVEL 1/2 LEVEL 2 LEVEL 2/3 Links:
