Inside Tucson’s Creative Dance Center on the southwest corner of Ft. Lowell & Cherry Ave, one block west of Campbell Ave.
Look for the green roof peeking out from a small sea of desert landscaping on the campus of The Nature Conservancy.
Parking: Enter the gravel driveway from Cherry Avenue & park on the street, along the circular driveway (not on the sidewalk, please!), or in the spots along the south fence.

Cancellation/Return Check Policy
Workshop registrations cancelled 5 business days or less in advance of a workshop’s scheduled date are eligible for a studio credit at half the registration fee.
Cancellations made 6–14 days in advance of the workshop will receive ½ refund or credit.
Cancellations received more than 14 days in advance of the workshop will receive a full refund or studio credit.
Studio credits expire 6 months after original purchase
Any returned checks will incur a fee of $15 on the client's account.

Prenatal Yoga Class Series
4-week class series with Bonnie Golden
Fridays, May 18th – June 8th, 5pm-6:15pm
Early Registration Deadline: May 11th
Cost: $45 for the 4-week series or $40 with early registration
Individual class sessions $12 with early registration or $15 drop-in
Join us for this yoga class series specially tailored for pregnant women. This is a perfect opportunity to explore yoga practices for self-care, so you can best nurture the growing life within you. You will learn how to gently relieve some of the common discomforts associated with pregnancy. The class will also help to cultivate patience, kindness and mindfulness for motherhood. Modified physical postures as well as appropriate breath and meditative practices will be introduced. We will even experience self-massage with Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls.
No previous yoga experience necessary!

Bonnie teaches yoga at Pima Community College, as well as Handmaker Geriatric Center. She has also taught stress management for three decades and facilitated yoga classes with employees in the workplace. Bonnie holds her 200 hour RYT certification from Tias Littles’ Prajna Yoga where she also completed her specialized “Yoga for Pregnancy” training. Additionally Bonnie completed Relax and Renew® training with Judith Lasater and Roger Cole and is a licensed Yoga Tune Up® teacher. Her 30 years of teaching is infused with her own love of lifelong learning, and she will always be a student of yoga, meditation, and life. Bonnie is the mother of two sons.
